« Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have...

« We were in town for an electric skateboard convention a mile away. Super convenient to get to the event by car, skateboard or walking. Home needs some upkeep but is clean and functional. »

« The house was clean and a great location. We had room and enjoyed the outside patio. I felt safe in the neighborhood. A little pricey, but what can you expect for Las Vegas during Mother’s Day weekend. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I recommend the house and I would gladly come back!!! »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. A/C was perfect as well....

« We were looking for a quieter stay in Vegas with our baby and this property did not disappoint! Doug was so kind as to show us around the property when we arrived and explain how to heat the hot tub. The place was extremely clean and had so many extras like pool floaties, poker table, bar setup. It’s also just a short drive to the strip, Fremont, airport, etc. We all agreed this may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend both the host and property! »

« This was a nice house with a variety of fun things to do. Also had the "basics" when you arrived so you didn't have to run out to store right away. It worked out well for our needs. »

« We were in Las Vegas to go hiking and take in a show on the Strip. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood a short drive from the airport and the Strip, and it’s also extremely easy to out of the city (we drive to Death Valley and Red Rocks.) Thr house is spacious and has a great layout and amazing kitchen. We loved the hot tub and pool! »

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
