We had an ongoing problem with Our room key but the staff was very helpful and Apologetic.

Overbooked us 2 times.

When we went to check in, we were told our room was not available. The hotel was overbooked. The staff moved us to the courtyard Marriott and tried their best to accommodate us. Staff very nice but it was the second time we tried to stay there and hotel room we booked was not available. the first time our water view room wasn’t available so we were given another room but moved the second night.

noisy plumbing

Pros: location ,free breakfast ,cleanliness and friendly staff
Location: historic Boston freedom trail , TD Garden
we were disappointed in the loud noise that seemed to be coming from the plumbing inside the bathroom wall waking us up at 4am and again at 530

Hotel was fine, furnishings a little bit dated, the bed didn’t have a ton of support but the location was great as was the service.
