"For our first time in Tokyo, this place was very convenient and clean, but small. For 2 people in a Economy Double Room, we made it work, there is luggage storage under the bed. There was a family mart just across the street, shinjuku station was very near, and a walk away to omoide yokocho and lots of restaurants. Laundry, there is laundry rooms on certain floors. You can check which washer/dryers were available by checking the status through your tv which was pretty neat. We had a great stay. "
