Large deluxe suite, historic center 2nd floor

A beautiful 45-square-meter suite decorated by the artist with original works of art, featuring an en-suite bedroom and bathroom (160-size double bed), a living room (140-size sofa bed), and a private kitchen in a historic building located in the historic, pedestrian-friendly center of Bordeaux. The building is the home of the host, a painter who works and exhibits his art on the first floor. The studio is located on the second floor; there is no elevator. The neighborhood is very lively and bustling, with many restaurants and outdoor seating areas. The suite consists of a beautiful bedroom overlooking the courtyard with an en suite bathroom (sink and shower) and a queen-size bed, a private toilet, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen facing the street, featuring a double sofa bed. Guests have access to the artist’s studio on the first floor. You’re welcome to stop by for a hot drink and say hello to the artist’s two Maine Coon cats. Please contact us by phone (call or text) directly, as we live in the same building on the top floor. Additionally, the artist is regularly present in his studio on the first floor facing the street. This is a very touristy, lively, and pedestrian-only neighborhood. There are many restaurants on the street and in St. Pierre Square.
