"This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. The views are spectacular and it's very easy to get to from Rome. It's a great base for exploring the hills and even in November we could sit on the balcony in the sun. The village has a lovely bakery and good restaurants."

"The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked perfectly, but at this time of year, you receive a wonderful breeze where the ac is really not needed. The shower had great pressure and everything was exactly what we needed. A car is recommended because of the road access to the home, but this area lends itself to driving for the scenery. Would love to visit again! Thank you a wonderful stay. "
