"Queen bed with 1 pillow, 1 sheet, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth. No mattress pad, no cups, no ice bucket, no fresh towels or trash pickup/room refresh after 5 nights. Our 1st room had a broken refrigerator with mold in it. The remote for the TV didn’t work. No elevator to get to 3rd floor rooms. Breakfast included coffee and powdered creamer, toast, toaster waffles, OJ, 2 kinds of boxed cereal. No eggs, no pastries, no fruit, no yogurt. Carpet dirty and was not vacuumed during our 5-day stay. The same pet hair and debris was on the hallway rug when we checked in and when we checked out.The grounds haven’t had any maintenance in years-weeds, leaves, dead plants. One exit door only worked to exit, not enter. Cheap rates, nice staff but owners interests are non-existent. We renamed hotel Pooper 8."
