When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. "Lovely large room and bathroom with 4 pillows, also with 1 large towel. Good bed and pillows. Very clean and 24hrs front desk. Near subway line 1 and 3 very convenient, exit 17 or 3 with elevator. Breakfast average. The laundry issue, washer not working on floor 4 balcony. But they let us use their private washer. Highly recommended "

"The hotel is in a hard to find location (even for taxis) about 15k from city center. Friendly staff, unilingual Korean. Good Translation app essential. Overheated room on cool nights. Huge TV screen with confusion array if remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers not conversant in Korean. On the plus side very reasonable prices."

The front desk associate that works the night was very helpful, and went above and beyond with our questionable and concerns and more! We were struggling, and she helped with our basic questions to helping us with laundry, booking a taxi to the airport, and helping us our issue with the door! 5 stars!!! "
