"Wanted to stay. Arrived late. Tried the lock box code sent. Tried 10 times. Didn't work. Texted. No reply. Called. No answer. The house (lived next door) was dark - it was late. Didn't want to knock. Didn't know what to do. So, had to get a hotel. Communication the next morning was, "code was [this.] Don't understand where you got the other code." Showed her screen shots of where I got the info. No apology. But, did get my full refund. Not going to give a bad/great review cuz we never got to...

"Enjoyed this property it was a convenient location. The breakfast waa great and options were wonderful. The property appeared to be clean and the room was nice and spacious. The pool was amazing nice and warm and the hot tub was actually a hot tub. The downside was there was only 1 elevator that took a little long and the 3rd floor ice machine wasnt working. "
