"We got a room for one night for our anniversary. We got a bottle of champagne for our room and it was there along with a handwritten card and rose. The room was perfect and the staff was amazing!"

"This hotel offers so many amenities and it’s in the best location! All the employees were extremely nice as well. It is a little bit dated, but they are slowly working on that and we would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Maid service was herendous. We were booked to stay for three nights. The first day maids did not give us fresh towels. The second day we were told they would not be giving stayovers any maid service. We left a day early. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Parking was a challenge as there is one parking lot shared by two hotel. This brand of hotel is typically nice. But this one seem like it was a dive hotel that got a fast cheap face lift. The lobby area is very small. There’s just one elevator. I arrived at 4:00pm to check in. I was told they didn’t have a king size bed room available for me to check in to. So they put me into a two queen size bed room. The bathroom sink would not drain when using it. The toilet barely flushed. The TV had a major delay on it when you pushed any buttons on the remote control. The channel line up was also sad. It was mostly news channels. Luckily the TV had Netflix on it. The breakfast was alright but limited. I had reservation to check back into this hotel in two days but to choose not to and to book at one other hotel down the street. I’ll never stay here again. "

"Excellent property, very convenient to many great choices for restaurants and shopping. Only thing I would want more is a security box in the room. The front desk will lock up your valuables, but an in room safe would be great. Staff is very accommodating "
