We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. SAFETY NOTICE Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out. The living room has a beautiful view and the sunsets are amazing.The kitchen was stocked well of which we used the toaster oven, stove, oven and pots/pains with no issues. The outside deck was especially nice with the comfort lounge chairs, heated bench, huge picnic table. We didn’t realize there was a wood soaking tub but there is one, we just didn’t use it.Otherwise you will see plenty of birds and perhaps get a sea lion coming up on land just off the deck to rest.It was a very close walk to a winery. There is a lovely nature walk close by and the beach entrance is 0.7 mile walk (using the nature trail). ![First sunset. We rented it for a few days to escape an inland heatwave, but are equally excited to visit again in winter some time, ideally during a storm.
