The house is located in a neighborhood I would have chosen not to stay in had I known. The street where the rental is located is marginally okay. I took wrong turn one block away from the house, and was surprised at the wretched condition of the neighborhood right next to where we rented. The house is fine, the pool area is nice, but the lining needs to be replaced or repainted, or de-algaed. The kitchen is serviceable. Housekeeping could be improved, but the interior was passable. There were plenty of good towels in both the house and by the pool. The outside driveway area needs a solid power wash near the trash bins, as it is filthy. The outdoor entry area features plastic flowers lining the walkway to the front door. ##### Jackie R. It is well appointed. The master bedroom is roomy and the bedding was very comfortable. The outdoor seating areas were very convenient although the chairs could use some cushions. The outdoor tv was nice since we could play music. The kitchen does not have a table (which I knew from the pictures) but the stools are not comfortable. The indoor couches were comfortable and roomy. We used the pool without paying the $50 per day heating fee. The location is nice. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. A quick trip to the grocery store and we were all set. The location is perfect distance from the beach and all other attractions we visited during our stay but not too busy. The pool was so nice and the kids enjoyed it every day. The master bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever had on a vacation which allowed us to feel relaxed and well rested. The homeowner was very helpful with quick responses to all of our inquiries anytime we had questions although we were not able to reach the property manager. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this house to everyone. We look forward to staying here again!! ##### rodd s.
