First off — LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You could not ask for a better spot if you’re heading to FSU’s stadium. Being that close made game day effortless and stress-free. And when the final pitch was thrown? Collegetown was right there waiting with tons of bars and restaurants to keep the good vibes rolling.The condo itself was exactly as described — charming, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The queen bed was perfect after a full day of Banana Ball energy, and the space had everything we needed (WiFi, AC, hair dryer — all the essentials covered). No surprises, no hidden fees, just a smooth experience from start to finish.Matt was a fantastic host — super responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I had a quick question. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great stay.If you’re looking for a comfortable, perfectly located Tallahassee home base — especially for game day — this one is a no-brainer.
