I’ve been a frequent flyer at these hotels over the years coming with my children that are now adults with their own children. And the floors were completely dirty. The carpets were completely filthy. being with small children it was not acceptable"

"The breakfast was good and had a nice verity to chose from. House cleaning was not very good. I had a five day stay and the room was only vacuumed once and not very well that time. I returned at 3:30 pm on my last day and my room had not been cleaned, fortunately I saw someone from house cleaning and she said she would clean on her way out. I was not able to sleep due to the noise of equipment or some kind of machinery cycling on and off constantly. I texted the desk a few times and they said they would have maintenance check it out but from my knowledge they never came. I must say my stay was not very pleasant. "
