"The pool and hot tub area were so nice! A huge pool with Adirondack chairs, and an area for eating/ping pong that overlooks the mountains. Great sitting spots and viewing areas all over the property. Really nice job."

"This hotel is my go-to in Lake Placid during my annual figure skating camp there. Ozzy the Manager is amazing!!! He remembers everyone’s name and is just… Hospitality if it were a human being it would be Ozzy. ❤️❤️🙏🙏 Alexa is another totally amazing staff member and the cleaning crew also was super helpful and great. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good. They have free coffee & lime/cucumber water in the lobby all day through the afternoon and you can fill your water bottle as well."
