« Location was okay. Near my event.
Amenities are lacking. Ceiling falling apart. Toilet keeps wasting water. They charge you to receive packages, weird.
Extra large fridge was a pleasant surprise as I stayed over a week. »

« I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

« Bedding was very dirty, room was dirty, light in bathroom was broken and did not work. The floors felt like you would fall through them at any moment. Felt very unsafe. »
