"We were here during spring break and they were very busy. The gentleman was nice at the front desk, but seemed very stressed. We only had two towels in our room for three people when we asked for another. He pointed out the fact that he was giving us the last one. We asked for pool towels and he said they were completely out. Not his fault in the morning we just grabbed three so we would have them that afternoon. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax after walking around town all day.. the location is perfect! It’s walkable to everything in Fredericksburg."

"This hotel was comfortable, clean and the rooms were a good size. It is a bit farther from my son's home than expected so I will continue to look for the right location when I visit his family. I did have two suggestions. Neither ice machine I tried had ice. My TV, mysteriously, failed to have sound on the Fox News channel - the picture was there, but no audio. All the other channels of that kind (CNN, MSNBC, etc.) had sound. I don't know if that was a function of their cable service or not, but it was an irritation for me."

"Very disappointed The toilet seat was falling off and I requested it be fixed and several hours later it was still barely hanging on. The breakfast didn’t offer much, the pool was dirty especially at Spring break and for a hotel that allows pets they should list that there is a $25 per day fee. I don’t even mind that but they should put some pet waste stations out so that guest will clean up after their animal. There were not any trash cans around to dump the waste. I knew this was going to be an average hotel but this the worst. "

"Beds where not comfortable and room was a little dirty and refrigerator did not work well. Other than that the Staff did a good job and where nice polite and new what they were doing. "

"The property is very conveniently located. The room was clean and spacious, although poor lighting, a very small bathroom and a lack of work space made it less than ideal. Also no coffee maker in the room and no way to get ice other than room service was an inconvenience. "
