"Don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. Staff was super polite and helpful, the amenities were great with coffee and tea available all night, the outside lounge area was quite beautiful, and the location can’t be beat."

"This location is conveniently located within 3 miles of the MSP airport and right next to the Mall of America, right off major highway access in the Twin Cities. Despite that, the noise level is very reasonable. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff really stand out as excellent, from the check-in desk to the team in the restaurant, who are very professional and friendly, offering lovely service for a high-volume site. On my recent stay, I chose this for location primarily, needing a quick and and out of the airport at a reasonable price. I was pleased with the condition of the room, the evidence of sustainability efforts, and clean and well-functioning appointments in the room. The bed was very comfortable, towels were thick and cozy. The property felt safe and comfortable. My only complaint/suggestion is that there is LOTS of parking available on a surface lot yet the hotel charged $15 extra per day for self-parking through a third-party parking service that was not evident at all. That seems like a bad public relations move - not sure if it is to discourage parking or just a way to keep the room rate low but add on an extra charge to increase the total bill. This is the first time I have seen a parking fee for self parking when there is clearly no shortage of space at a hotel in this sort of situation, and it just feels not quite right and leaves a less than positive feel for what was otherwise a lovely stay. Would be happy to stay there again."

"The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. Only trash removal and towel removal only after finding out u must request the night before and for it STILL NOT TO BE DONE… No clean sheets, no bed making, anything that was needed was dropped at door without even a knock….. Not a great first time at this property!!! Front desk apologized and gave us breakfast buffet coupons for both rooms…..mehhhhhhhhhh…"

"Room was okay. The first room we tried, the carpet was pulling up from every corner, the bathroom light wasnt operational and was broken. Had them move us and it was a step up. Carpet was still badly torn in places, very used furniture, plug ins barely worked. The room was alright. They are remodeling which is great but noisy during the day, the workers left a giant mess throughout the hotel and didnt clean up at the end of the day. Breakfast was alright, hot breakfast was good and fresh fruit was good. Chorizo was super super greasy and not flavorful somehow. Parking is 14 bucks a day which is annoying. For the price it worked, but I wouldn't pay over $100 a night for this place."

"We enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival were greeted by super helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and the entire property was nicer than expected. Only issue we found was that we expected our room to be cleaned after our first night but housekeeping did not attend our room but it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. I used the gym which was super nice and had everything you could need for a gym. Locker room and showers included was super unexpected and nice to see! Would definitely stay again!"
