"We were delighted when we checked in to this hotel, it’s immaculate and we were given a complimentary room upgrade and birthday cake in the room! It’s a beautiful hotel, great location and great views over the pleasure beach and sea. The only thing we found negative was that it seems to lack a warmth, no atmosphere, just a bit sterile. "Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "
