The worst experience with Hampton Hilton Hotel. morning breakfast service was not properly planned and rooms kept smelling bad, hotel staff were not helpful, Price 2 day is higher than other hotels but for service and experience I can go for -1 /10

Lovely hotel, in a great location. We traveled with a 6 and 8 year old and enjoyed the walk along the strip everyday. Our room had fantastic views, the tram stops very close to the hotel, so very convenient. Good choice for breakfast and friendly staff.

Away from the crowds but walkable distance from all main attractions. Good for families. Has tramline stop directly outside too. The Sandcastle waterpark was a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel. The main Blackpool pleasure beach is a few minutes walk away.

Helpful staff, car park spaces available, £15 for 24hrs, very good breakfast. Good price, clean room, nicely furnished and modern. Tram stop nearby. Only suggestion would be that the window cleaner wasn’t working in the busiest morning period when everyone’s getting ready and/or in the breakfast area- kind of ruining the vibe.

Hotel itself was nice, quiet for Blackpool and slightly out of the way. Breakfast was lovely especially the hash browns! Free on street parking right in front of hotel. Although the beds were very uncomfortable, springy and noisy. The rooms were very hot too and heating seemed to kick in itself during the night. No windows could be opened and i like some fresh air.

Well, an extremely strange hotel. The lifts to all floors are the only method of accessibility the grand floor from an upper level, doors from the stairs to the ground floor were locked, access only via a certified key. As such, we had to wait in queues at the lifts to and from the 3rd floor. A water leak in our room was confusingly rectified with a change of room. Loose floor tiles in the bath room, missing shower waste water cap, not sure the bedding sheets were sufficient given the cold weather. The windows were filthy, okay, it’s on the sea front, but they were filthy. Taking the advice of breakfast after 10:00 hrs was a good move, and fresh food was constantly being brought out. Having resided in many Hilton’s, I’m not sure this hotel really meets with their usual standards.

Lovely sized room clean and fresh. Staff pleasant walking distance from everything we needed. Bed wasn’t the best didn’t have the best nights sleep. Breakfast was great kids loved it especially the pancakes. Overall great stay and would return in the future.

Okay stay.
Unfortunately, there were some issues with my stay. I asked for an invoice to be made before my stay. When I arrived and asked for it again, they said that this wasn’t possible. My room was fine but the shower was broken, which obviously isn’t great when you are on a business trip. Hopefully they tackle these issues.

Good hotel, apart from the flashing light!
Easy to find, parked in car park at the rear (£15 a night), friendly and efficient check in, the goody bags for the kids went down well. The hotel is modern and clean though out, but fairly basic. The room was average, the beds were very comfy, big shower, ground floor so no sea view. Design of bathroom door was innovative, but not terribly practical. The kids thought it was hilarious you could hear people on the toilet so loud! Huge gripe was during the night the intermittent flashing fire alarm above the bed and the droning noise (despite air conditioner/heating being off), it was like a bathroom fan being left on. This ruined what would otherwise would have been a good sleeping experience. I would have liked instructions for how to use the TV, as the on screen version was not very user friendly. Main menu was pretty standard. Kids menu fine, food OK, chips a bit undercooked and spread on BLT not to my taste. Breakfast was average. Staff in the restaurant were very good both at breakfast and in the evening. We didn’t pay a huge amount and for what we paid I would recommend the hotel. The staff in particular were very good. Just bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs!

Our second night wasn’t very good. We had an alarm that kept going off, which we reported. We can only assume it got sorted as nothing said.
