« La catastrophe, on a payé pour un grand lit, et on nous a proposé vue sur la ville. On a reçu une espèce de chambre souterraine, puant l'humidité, un petit lit (140 cm ) pourri par le temps, des draps sales, des oreillers sales. Il ne manquait que les cafards. On a payé 105 CHF chez HOTELS.COM, et sur le récépissé de l'hôtel, est noté 87 $ au nom d'EXPEDIA. Je vous ai fait part de mes réclamations, et n'ai pas reçu de réponse de votre part. J'ai l'expérience d'avoir loué près de 700 chambres en...
