"The address is listed as "9235 E Birch Run Rd, Birch Run," in the Expedia booking. This took us to a "farmers" field on the version of Google maps that we are using on the phone. Worked fine if you put Americas Best Value Inn Birch Run. The front desk clerk was wonderful - there is a "spa" or "hot tub" which was great after a long days' drive. Room was quite comfortable. Breakfast as sufficient - not gourmet, but what we needed. We will stay here again when we go to Frankenmuth "

"My wife,daughter and a good family friend go away to celebrate both my wife’s and friend’s birthday. We found this wonderful place and I must admit that it was the cleanest VRBO we have ever been in. Scott and Paula responded to any questions we had quickly and were a dream to work with. We do this trip every year and everyone in our group has agreed that we will come back here next year to celebrate again."

"We loved how spacious our room was; room 212 with front balcony; big counter in the bathroom, lots of reasonable space around the beds. The breakfast was perfect for our needs, the staff was pleasant, lobby warming and parking was great. For us the only thing that would of been a tiny bit better is a bigger fridge with a freezer in it. Also even though the pillows looked very white and spotless, very clean but some of them had a none-fresh scent. Other then that, we would definitely return to this hotel :)"
