"Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. "We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was immaculate. Our room was a Castle view which didn’t disappoint, fully air conditioned with rain fall shower in the bathroom. You are on 5 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from the old town, there is a good range of places to eat nearby with many more in the old town. We used the hotel underground car park for ease but there are many more places nearby. Heidelberg is a beautiful city and we will definitely be back."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Heilbronn. The hotel is in a great central location, with everything in the city center within easy walking distance. The parking garage is right next door, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Heilbronn. Highly recommended!"

"Amazingly large rooms with incredible full wall length windows for great views. The rooms were extremely new and modern. There were power blinds inside the windows. The shower had a rain fall head and was large. They provided bathrobes. It felt truly luxurious. The beds were soft and the most comfortable ones we had during our whole vacation at multiple hotels. The location was right next to the train station which is nice for transporting luggage and it wasn't ran-down dirty like areas next to train stations can be. The breakfast was incredible. It's on the top floor of the hotel and you can see the whole city. Excellent way to start your day. The only negative is that we tired every switch and button in the room and couldn't figure out a way to adjust the a/c - heat- fan for the room climate."
