"Overall, my stay at the Hyatt was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. The hotel was clean and comfortable enough, though the room itself was pretty basic and didn’t have a microwave, which was inconvenient. The extra blanket provided also wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast was good, though not especially impressive. Check-in was a bit frustrating—the reservation wasn’t handled correctly, and I was initially placed in a handicap-accessible room that I had not booked. I was told it was an Expedia issue, and if that’s the case, it’s disappointing that Hyatt and Expedia don’t coordinate better given their partnership. The check-in experience also could have been friendlier. That said, the stay itself wasn’t bad overall, and while the hotel met basic expectations, it wasn’t anything I’d rave about."
