« Had an excellent stay. Family of 3 had plenty of room and our own beds. Had great location and parking. Host checked in to make sure everything was going good with the stay or to address any issues. It was nice to have a kitchenette with dishes and breakfast included. »

« Prior to booking my room I reached out to the host on serval separate instances to ensure I’d be able to check in upon my arrival from Georgia only to get in at 4:30am and be stuck without a room with children. There should have been some type of compensation considering it was the agents mix up. »

« Unacceptable. After two days needed to get towels and actual bedding for pull out and there was none. Asked the next day in the morning for towels and bedding came back to suite 8 hours later and no towels or bedding in suite. Asked front desk and they said they had none. »
