We can't wait to come back
This home was perfect for our group. We had three families, two with 13 year olds, one with two small children. The older kids had the bunkbeds, with parents in the two bedrooms adjacent. The family with small children took the bedroom on the opposite side of the house. No one had to worry about disturbing anyone else. It has a huge fenced back yard for the kids to play. A wonderful central gathering place where we could all hang out and play together. Air hockey and the pool table were the favorites. It is decorated so cute. The kitchen and dining area work great for large groups. The level drive and parking are great and only a few steps for entry. We made great memories. We hope to be back soon.

Perfect Home Away from Home
The house was exactly what we were hoping for and it was perfect for our 3 families - number of bedrooms, baths and large beds, entertainment for kids (secret card room, pool table, air hockey, foosball, board games), spacious living room, TVs everywhere, and a huge backyard. Amenities were in working order. Most importantly it was clean! Home was in great condition. I already shared the location with all my other friends and family. Thanks for sharing your home and allowing us to make great memories.

Nice !
Everything was perfect and amazing. I just didn’t know there was in any AC and two of the showerheads have no hot water overall, it was still great.

AMAZING HOUSE
We absolutely loved this house. There was so much to do there. Pool table, Foosball, Poker Tables, Hot Tub, Darts. It was decorated so nicely. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with the best cookware. The layout of the house was so nice and open. I would 100% stay here again and again.

Good Family house
I chose this house due to the flat land and the backyard was perfect for our young kids to play safely in the snow. The house is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It is older so some dust is expected but you can tell it is not cleaned very well. The window sills are very dirty, the furniture is awesome for it's antique vibe but it would be nice if it were cleaned. We did run into a mouse at the home and mice droppings in the oven. Hopefully they take care of that. The beds were fine for us, and the game tables are so much fun! If you can get this house during snow, you will love it! Hot tub was nice but not sure if the ice dripping from roof made it dirty while we were in it. Backyard is perfect for kids and pets but we did not have pets and found lots of dog poop in the backyard once the snow started melting. Overall the house could use a good cleaning, other than that its a great place.

Perfect for mini Getaway
Dylan's cabin was just as described! We took a weekend family trip and the cabin was more that comfortable for me and 12 family members. The weather was perfect on the weekend we went and there was plenty to do in the house and surroundings. The lake is walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely look into Dylan's place next time we're in town and recommend it to friends and family.

This house is amazing! It has everything you would need for a family trip. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the lake. It is located by several shopping centers and restaurants. I loved that the management was easy to reach. I will definitely be renting this location again.

Overall, a nice property to rent.
The place matched the description well. The rooms are good sizes and the two masters had huge walk-in closets (a couple can easily sleep in there with an air mattress..). The place was spacious and had lots of amenities. The property is very close to a k-mart shopping center in case you forgot something. They had nice amount of house supplies like plates, silverware, stuff like that. I like the dinning table, 10-12 person table. My issues with the property are: 1) Numerous burnt out light bulbs (you would think they would check that kind of stuff before a rental) - the property management company managed to replace a few. Not all due to not having the right bulbs. 2) There is no AC and we went on a warm weekend.... no bueno. Only one room had a ceiling fan and the other over the kitchen table. That's it. Folks were miserable for a while until night when it cooled down. Still, I would recommend they install more ceiling fans or put a couple of box fans in the storage area so people can utilize them. The great room/living area was the hottest while the bedrooms were a bit cooler. 3) The hot tub was bad. It looked and smelled like a pool of acid. WAYYY too much chemical. Luckily, the management company responded quickly and dispatched the spa company and they drained and cleaned it again. However, the heating mechanism didn't work. The highest we could get was somewhat-warm (luckily it was a warm weekend). 4) I understand we're in the Forrest but the house had MAJOR ant issues. 5) The yard is completely dead, both front and back... again, you'd think they would clean it up a bit. If it is "drought like" landscaping I get it but when it's just dead tall grass all over where you can't really walk around it, I'd at least chop it down or something.
