« We came for a family staycation. Stayed in the Jimmy Buffet suite which was wonderful! We had 3 other rooms for family. I was confused with the parking fee since there is an abundance of parking. We had 5 kids ranging in age 2-8\. The pool was a hit but the 4 year old couldn’t touch anywhere in the pool, would be nice for an area for toddlers. The pool was really chilly for kids as well maybe turn the heat on a bit. We are at the Landshark twice and both meals were average. Drinks were good....

« The room did have a slight bad smell when we first checked in, I did happen to have my own air fresheners, so I got that under control myself. I was not happy the way our breakfast was handled, other people were getting waited on and getting their food that sat down after we got there, I don’t understand what the problem was, got handed off to another waitress while still trying to get coffee and get our food ordered, only had one place setting of silverware on the table, and no sugar on the...
