Mainestay | 4 Bed, 2 Bath

Located just minutes from Sunday River and convenient to many popular restaurants and shops, this chalet offers four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on three spacious floors of living space. The great room with cozy gas fireplace provides ample space for cooking, dining and entertaining. The primary bedroom is tucked away upstairs to provide a private escape. Head downstairs to the large lower level entertaining area and find an additional living area and pool table. The hot tub provides a great place to unwind after a day of adventures.

To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Amazing and beautiful place to stay!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was just the right amount of space for 8 guests. The hot tub and pool table was a fun addition. The kitchen had almost everything that we needed for our stay.

Sunday River Ski Get-away

This property is the perfect accommodation for a family trip, with plenty of sleep space, games and activities, and a well-appointed kitchen. The driveway could use better maintenance as it was extremely icy and unsafe to walk. Perhaps a bucket of sand in addition to the salt? Also, a kitchen stool and chair could use some tightening up - wobbly. Otherwise, very satisfied!

Beautiful Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was quick to respond to all our questions. The house is beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub was enjoyable to use. The house is secluded and quiet. Definitely recommend.

Cozy house

The house is very cozy, everything you need to spend as much time as you need. The place is very nice and quiet, but there is a very rude neighbor who bothers him to hear people talking and being happy in the back of the house. If you don't mind being mute during your stay, I recommend this place.

Ski weekend

My husband and I and our young adult sons came up for a long weekend to ski and hike. The house was wonderfully accommodating: great gathering space in the living room, well stocked kitchen, great beds, pool table, and the hot tub was a huge hit. It’s a short 3 min drive to Sunday River and conveniently located to several wonderful restaurants. We hope to come back next year.

Great Stay

Great little cabin in the woods. The place was equipped with everything. I would only request that you add an outdoor table for dining, I brought a collapsable one with me, as it is nice to dine outside in the summer months. Overall great stay. Would stay there again
