"Nice, clean, spacious single room. About 2 blocks from the beach & out of the hustle & bustle of the board walk. But close enough to the board walk if you want to shop. Room had lots of extras not in the description like a closet full of beach items. All kinds of linens, towels, & other daily supplies. Host was very pleasant & informative. Easy instructions. Yes I would stay there again"

"The check in process was a huge headache. There was another number I needed to press, and didn’t find out until standing outside for 45 minutes while on the phone with support. The property was as stated, however, one photo includes a pool that is NOT part of this rental. That was misleading. The location was great. Close to stores and an easy walk to the beach. Overall, it was a great trip once we got in!"

"We loved the location, which was next to the nature center. We walked in the nature center park every morning to see the birds and marsh. The house is also close to the beach and center of town. Our child and his friend rode their bikes into town. The house was spacious for our group of 4. The furnishings are also attractive and contemporary."

"probably one of the best properties we've stayed at. The proximity to the ocean was highly convenient and the view was just unbelievable. The property was very spacious; we had 6 adults and one child (high school age).Highly recommend."

"The kitchen faucet was loose and difficult to adjust water temperature. The futon was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Fortunately it was not necessary for anyone to sleep on it. We could not get the soundbar to connect to the TV, TV speakers were poor (as they usually are). It would have been good to have directions on how to connect the soundbar."

"This house was the perfect layout. Three bedrooms on the top/main level and in addition a sofa bed couch. The main level could sleep 7 people. The lower (entry level) contains its own full bathroom, laundry room and 2 pull out couches, which could add 4 more people. (A total of 11 people). Amazing neighborhood. Very walkable, quiet and great neighbors. About a 10 minute bike ride to the boardwalk, 3 minute car ride to the boardwalk. (If you’re driving get the app to pay for parking). I liked the house so much I offered to purchase it if/when the owners would be interested. Such a great layout !Plenty of bath towels and washcloths available and soaps for dishwashing, laundry, bathing, etc. Host was pleasant and very responsive. 10/10 would book this house again."

"Overall experience 9/10 would rent again.Pros: The place easily accommodated 17 guest. So many extra beds and pull out couches. AC was excellent and well insulated. 4 seasons room had the best AC circulation. A ton of extra showers. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Night time on the deck was serene. The extra dish washer was a surprise, very useful. The kitchenette with the extra fridge made organizing groceries exceptional. The place has extra beach chairs and life vest. Kitchen was stocked really well with appliances and utensils; blender, alot of knives, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, cutlery, alot of cups, etc. Alot of parking space. Included extra towels and blankets via rental company (prob bring extra blankets and pillows just in case)Cons: Some of the furniture had weird stains/ streaks like dried syrup when we arrived. A plank on the stairs leading to the deck was loose, almost tripped. Luckily maintenance people took care of that quickly. The main dining room table looked to have been fixed or constructed using super glue and broke when we were using it. The stove fan is a microwave fan so smells just circulated around the house instead of being sucked outside. Very little to no window curtains or blinds, made waking up blinding. Host didnt provide address for extra parking outside the property. The balcony railing was cracked (looks like plastic). Some of the restroom doors dont lock. Windows dont lock."
