"My reservation was messed up, but the manager took care of us. I was supposed to have a suite with two bedrooms because my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother, but we had a regular room with a king bed when we arrived for check-in. There were no more suites available, so we were given a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the best of conditions considering my mother likes it warm and my husband likes to sleep with the t.v. on. So both of them had to deal with discomfort on the first night. We realize it was out of the manager's control, so we were okay. The next morning, as soon as the suite was available, we were able to move to the correct room. The manager was apologetic, courteous, and accomondating. His name is Matthew Swartzbaugh. He handled the situation very well."

"Did not use hot tub or pool. Breakfast was good. Did not care for the omelet or potatoes. Oatmeal was excellent. Would like to have known ahead of time that there was a pet fee. "

"The Hyatt Cedar Park is in a beautiful area, and the property itself is clean, modern, and a great value, especially with free parking and a convenient location. My room met expectations, but the staff experience was inconsistent: Monday’s front desk team was excellent, while Tuesday night and Wednesday morning service felt inattentive and lacking in hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fine for being included, but the powdered eggs were a big disappointment for me. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars because the hotel itself is solid, but service and attention to detail need improvement."

"No cleaning and no kitchen in the morning. The lady was nice enough to comp the snacks they did have available because they had no kitchen staff. Rooms weren’t cleaned/towels not replaced after asking so we swapped rooms. "
