"We just loved this Hotel, so charming and historic and everyone was lovely to talk to. Love the local vibe and hanging out with all the local towns people. So layed back and friendly. We will definitely come back. Berlin is a gem. Cheers!!"

"Great stay. The house has everything you will need and then some. The screened in porch was great for a crab feast and free beach parking pass was a nice ammenity. The host was very responsive and helpful. The couch needs an upgrade but other than that it was very comfortable!"

Shore Point Cottages

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was super cute, very clean*, and stocked with fresh blankets, sheets, towels, shampoo/conditioner/hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. The kitchenette was super convenient and included a full size fridge and freezer, toaster and coffee maker. You will need to bring coffee and filters though. The covered porch and patio area included table and chairs which was super nice to have. Good water pressure, nice hot water. *There were a couple of very minor issues. The floor was clean of debris but my dirty feet said otherwise, though not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. There wasn’t any shower gel and a quick text and they came over right away to remedy. One last note: there is no closet and only a small dresser in the big bedroom for clothes and no storage at all in the smaller bedroom. Something to consider if you are staying for more than a few days. Super responsive staff! We will be back!"

Charming 4-bedroom Beach House in Ocean Pines

"most attractions in OC were within about a 20-minute drive, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go while still enjoying a quieter place to stay. One of our favorite features was the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. The house had everything we needed, including bed linens, towels, a fun game room, and a great fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle free."

Assateague Pointe Resort Community, relaxing for parents and fun the kiddos

"This property was everything promised. The house and property were very clean. Communication with Erin was excellent. We were there for a kayak fishing trip and the property was in a great location to get to Assateague Island or to West Ocean City where we planned to fish. Both areas were only a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed walking out on the thousand foot pier and seeing the different wildlife. We will definitely consider staying here again when returning to the area."

Ocean city Getaway!!

"The rooms were all nice to stay in and the common area was very accommodating for a big group. The house allowed easy access to the beach. The owner was communicative and gave a good idea of what to expect."

"Perfect location for needing to be near athletic complexes and fields, but also super easy to get into OC. Clean, all basics provided, quiet neighborhood. Community has a pool and playground. Went to the Berlin farmer’s market Sunday morning - ADORABLE. Cutest town!"
