"My family and I stayed 3 nights. We requested to have our room turned over each day In which they only did it once. The light bulb in the entrance way was busted and we had to constantly remind the staff if they could replace it as it made it hard for the family to get ready when the restroom was occupied. We requested new towels when the cleaning ladies were in the hall and they told us they didn’t speak Spanish so when we came back from eating dinner we did not have clean towels nor was our room turned down when we assumed they would do so since they were standing right outside our door. Overall the hotel was clean, breakfast was good and we only had a delightful interaction with 1 and day 2 of the day staff who managed the check in. She was so kind to us. The remainder of the staff if you don’t enjoy your job why are you working with the public. The pool was also a treat. Thank you"
