"This felt like a bait snd switch. I booked two nights at a beautiful historical hotel only to be told at checkin that I'd be staying in a much less impressive building across the street. I wish this had been made clear when I booked the reservation."

When we picked up keys from lock box for the building and apartment, the keys to the apartment did not open the door -- frustrating after a long day of travel and climbing four flights of stairs. The parking site did not have a pay at the site feature, so it (hopefully) got passed onto the rental car place. The EasyPay app wouldn't allow payment through the app. ..."
