"There were hairs still in the sink and on one of the beds. The light switch to the bed reading lights didn’t stay on if you turned the overhead lights off, the heater didn’t stay on and the windows were draughty. It seems like the place is undergoing renovations. It seemed like half the room had been painted. The bed was comfortable. Location was good. "

"We came off our ship early in the morning and were told our room would be available from 3pm which we expected but there was no leeway for an early check in. As it was raining we had to sit around for hours. I know it is policy but this hotel does get a lot of business off the cruise lines and should rethink how to cater for early arrivals. People would be willing to pay for an early checkin."
