"Wir kennen Rügen sehr gut Weil wir 10Jahre dort gewohnt haben.Wir kommen immer gerne zurück. \_Wir fahren sehr gerne Rad und das macht Spaß auf Rügen. Wir hatten schönes Wetter und waren mit dem Rad am Strand in Prora,Ferienwohnung war OK. Sehr nette Vermieter."

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual \*\*\*k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
