"The place is great, the service rendered is out of place. All of the staff is ready to assist you at all times. The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. I will stay there again in a jiffy. "

"Loved our stay at road noire D'ivore. It was luxury but felt authentic right in the middle of everything. The rooms were ompeccable- we stayed at the zebra room with the private hot tub. The service was amazing and personal. The hammam we booked was fantastic as well- we should have done it more. Oh and the restaurant was fantastic!! Would absolutely stay again. "

"Our first stop in Marrakech truly exceeded all our expectations. Pilar, the host became family instantly. She welcomed us and suggested all the places around and made sure we were really comfortable. She graciously accommodated and served us breakfast even though we were much earlier than the check in time. Since we had to leave early the next day, she had them pack breakfast for the road. Her Riyadh is absolutely exquisite and what makes it even more special is her commitment to supporting local Berber women. Pilar was also extremely prompt in her communication before our arrival and even offered to help us plan our itinerary. Not only are her services truly exceptional, but she is also making a meaningful difference in the community. Kudos to her. "

"Overall, the apartment was fine for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. A sofa bed would be a beneficial addition as the sofas are quite narrow. There are shops and restaurants close by for anything you need. The noise from nearby building works i imagine would be annoying for most, but it cant be helped and my friend and i were up before it started. The apartment could use a face lift, but thats puely cosmetic. The only downside was lack of a sofa bed in the salon. Private terrace is a great size and we managed to even get a bit of sun on the roof pool terrace. Adil was very friendly and made sure we knew where everything was before he left. Overall, 4 stars."
