"Top hotel. Great staff and food"

"Great experience overall! We didn’t realize we booked a night here during the Pride Festival, so getting to the hotel from the train station was shoulder to shoulder. The front desk staff warned us about the noise from the festival and we could hear the noise from our room however the noise was done by 1130pm on a Saturday night which we thought was fair! Room and property was clean! Rooms plenty big! We enjoyed our stay in Utrecht! "

"We weren’t too sure about the idea of a hotel in a shopping mall beforehand, but it turned out brilliantly. For starters, only a few yards/meters from the central station, itself only an easy train ride from Amsterdam Schiphol airport. Hotel free breakfast buffet was outstanding, room was secure and private. Staff were comfortably multilingual. Shopping mall includes a supermarket 90 seconds away. Leaving the mall means stepping straight into the old town and the wonderful canal boat tour is right there from the mall, or only 2 minutes to an alternate dock. Tip: make sure you have a Hilton Honors membership. We got a free early check-in at 12.30 pm, made a massive difference after an overnight flight from Houston."

"This is a great hotel, always clean and friendly. Easy parking and easy bus to the centre of Utrecht. Only strange thing is that the handsoap in the bathrooms smells of mint&parsley and the shampoo smells of sage. Probably best to bring your own; I smell like a herb garden this AM. "

"A lovely welcome. Hotel is away from the street so no traffic noise. Location is great very close to a Metro station. It is right on top of the Cube houses and a short stroll to the Merkhat which is a must visit. Rooms are on the small size but are really hi tech and cool. A special thank you to Luigi who assisted us with a charger and advise on using the Metro. "
