Villa Elder is situated in a small village called Lepuri near Benkovac. This beautiful house offers complete privacy with a large garden, private pool and playground for children. It has a big terrace with lounge and dining area overlooking the pool. Everything is set just for your enjoyment. You can even prepare traditional Dalmatian specialties on the barbecue.



Inside the house there are 4 bedrooms with double bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also an intimate space as an addition to the living room for those who would like to enjoy a good book and great view.

In the ground floor there is traditional "Konoba" with kitchen and large table, where you can spend time playing cards, eating domestic food and hang out, or play billiards.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super nettem Vermieter

Das Haus war traumhaft schön, der Pool zwar etwas kalt, durch das heiße Wetter war er jedoch eine super abkühlung. Goran der Besitzer hat mir einige Tage vorher schon geschrieben wann und wo wir hinkommen sollen. Die Ankunft verlief super, das Haus ist einfach zu finden. Goran hat uns das ganze Haus gezeigt, ebenfalls den schönen Partykeller in den man schöne Abende verbringen kann. Abschließend kann ich nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen, für das schöne Haus als auch den super Netten Vermieter Goran.

Schönes Haus außerhalb

In der Beschreibung stehen 4 Doppelzimmer und ein Raum zum Lese n. Es waren 3 Doppelzimmer und in dem Raum zum Lesen war ein Schlafbett und eine Doppelschlafcouch. In dem Raum war somit kein Platz mehr. Es waren in dem Raum keine Schränke für die Kleidung vorhanden. Das Haus ist nicht für mehr als 6 Personen geeignet. Goran der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Selten so einen netten Vermieter erlebt. Danke dafür :)

Schöne, entspannende Woche :)

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa, es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Schöner Ausblick in die Ferne! Zu beachten ist, dass die Villa sehr abgelegen liegt, ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert (zum nächsten Strand ca. 30 Minuten, nächster Supermarkt ca 10 Minuten entfernt.) Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub :)

Ein schönes Haus und super netter Kontakt vor Ort

Das haus mit dem wunderschönen Pool ist ein Traum. Die Panoramaussicht auf die Berge ist großartig. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert was an heißen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgt. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Herrn Lenpuri war super. Sehr nett und diskret und bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das das Haus sehr abgelegen ist. Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Daher ein paar Punkte Abzug für die Lage. Aber alles im allen war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir waren alle zufrieden! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass kein Supermarkt im Ort ist, aber das wussten wir vorher. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Bei Fragen/Anliegen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Perfect stay at this beautiful villa

Family of 8 (7 adults 1 child) had a fantastic 10 nights stay end of July. Goran our host met us there and is very informative and friendly. Villa lovely and clean, spacious and fully equipment. Pool was clean and refreshing after long and busy days out. What impressed us is the free gallons of drinking water Goran provided, a godsend on hot days. Area is a bit remote but you need a car to travel anywhere in Croatia so no problems. Visited the amazing krka and Plitvice waterfalls, split, omis, Zadar, sibernik, Pirovac, and many more. Will be coming back to Croatia, a beautiful place to visit. Thanks Goran for everything

Lovely stay in Lepuri, Benkovac

Beautiful house in the middle of a small town Lepuri. Spacious rooms, large heated swimming pool and terrace made our stay unforgettable. One small remark: there were no blinds in the bedroom adjacent to the living room.

Fabulous property and wonderful host

This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. The villa is fairly new, and Goran, the owner, met us on arrival. He also got us some provisions as we didnt actually get there until around 11.30pm. The pool is refreshing;y cold and the gardens are well maintained, helped by the use of artificial grass. The kitchen area is small, but we didnt really cook much, and the bedrooms are neat, tidy and air conditioned. The villa has all cons including dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum, microwave, toastie maker, coffee maker etc. Zadar is about a 45 minute drive away, as are the beaches at Nin (though dont go to Croatia for beaches!) Our favourite spot was Zrmanja (Put Food House Zrmanja into Google maps). Go early to experience some of the smaller waterfalls and river swimming (watch out for snakes - though not poisonous). We could not be too ambitious as we had a 2 year old with us. However, there was no food apart from ice cream available before 12! Overall, the villa was fantastic, Goran ensured that we had everything that we needed, and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Really lovely, comfortable & home from home!

We had a really lovely stay here and explored the surrounding areas of Zadar, Krka National Park and Split during our holiday. The accommodation was very clean, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to make our holiday a very pleasant one. The pool and outside areas are also lovely and the hosts were excellent. You definitely need a hire car to stay here as it is in quite a rural location but if you’re happy to drive then it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Villa offering everything we wanted.

We had a most fabulous twelve nights at the villa. Ideally placed to visit the beautiful cities of Zadar, Nin, Split, Sibernic, Trogir and the most stunning Krka National Park. Set in the rural location provided us with the peace and quiet we sort. The pool was a fantastic relief from the scorching heat of the August sunshine and the wonderful neighbours provided us with fresh figs and almonds from their own trees as an additional treat. If your looking for an away from it all break this should be your destination.
