The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as beach/pool towels. 4 high chairs and 4 baby cots are also available. This villa features a private outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, 2 open terraces, 2 covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
The villa is located just 5 walking minutes from La Fustera beach as well as a local supermarket and a beautiful coastal trail that leads to Calpe.
