Spacious enough to entertain, spread out, and enjoy the outdoors, this family-friendly neighborhood with loving neighbors will have you never wanting to leave.


This modern, multi-level home boasts a bright and open-concept floor plan and is custom-designed with ease of mobility and entertainment in mind. Vaulted ceilings and large windows allow this gorgeous space to be flooded with light during the daytime hours and enhances evening times with beautiful sunset views whilst cozying up to the oversized fireplace. Innovative lighting fixtures and modern art found throughout this property are a nice balance to the more rustic features which include the natural slab dining table suited for up to 10 guests. No detail is left untouched, as much of the furniture was custom made locally in the states, specifically for this home and for you to enjoy!

Enjoy unobstructed views with a morning cup of coffee or watch the sunset with your favorite beverage in hand at the Acacia wood and Iron bar top, perfect for quiet moments or laughter and game night. Be sure to enjoy all of the amenities in the outdoor living area, hand-crafted Basalt rock light feature, natural gas modern fire table, and custom surround outdoor cozy sectional. On nights when you can't imagine anything better than ending the day on a relaxing note, this property also includes a private hot tub to do exactly that.


For the chef-extraordinaire, a second conveniently located side porch provides a space to serve up some savory BBQ when you're in the mood for an open-air dining experience. With upgraded stainless steel Jen air appliances, a large Traeger, and 6-burner BBQ, the enthusiastic chef will have their cup overflowing with possibilities. Clean, modern cookware, air fryer, and Nespresso coffee makers are just a few of the additional small details invested in this luxurious home to make your stay as comfortable as possible.


When it's time to get a great night's rest, those guests who are lucky enough to occupy the master suite in this home will enjoy a room that includes a second large flat-screen television as well as a walk-in closet and spa-inspired bath perfect for relaxing. The second bedroom on the main level of the home is a special addition as it hosts a PELOTON bike and a queen-size luxury murphy bed for when you'd like to use the room for more than sleeping. Points forts : Propreté

Short stay due to a house fire.

Very modern with upgraded appliances no carpeting so very hollow, echoing and noisy. No privacy for using the hot tub. No window coverings in the living room. Everyone would knows what was going on in your household Big garage , very clean , fenced yard but low fencing. White, white, and more white. Good for knowing it was clean. Shower down stairs pretty impressive! Comfortable beds.
