Everything we needed to host our family for Thanksgiving was there from the gravy boat to the potato peeler! We enjoyed the common area that provided plenty of space while keeping the family all together. Beautiful home and wonderful host! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home! Very well laid out. Great bunk room with 6 beds for kids. Large kitchen, living room for gatherings. Hot tub was great, bikes were awesome! We had our family Christmas with 11 people. Sharc passes too!!

Great property for a large group. King bed upstairs was difficult for us 80 year olds to navigate but really fun for the younger set. Needs to have more Kleenex's available. We found only one box upstairs. Good amenities. Nice view of golf course. A few errant balls fell in the yard but noone was bothered.

Perfect family Reunion House!

This property did not disappoint! The outside is a bit unassuming. But when we walked in.....wow! The decor is lovely and each bedroom has its own theme. There are plenty of bathrooms and each one was stocked with extra TP, shampoo, lotion, etc. the pool table was a hit, as was the hot tub. The instructions that were sent made everything so easy to use. We hadn't even been there an hour before the first message came through, asking how we liked the house. The communication was great! The kitchen was very well stocked and had plenty of dishes for our party of 11. The BBQ grill off the kitchen porch was a nice addition. The neighborhood was quiet. We walked everyday , exploring all the paths. This house is right on the golf course. The kids loved the bikes. Some of our party took advantage of the Sharc passes. It was a great way for the young ones to work off some energy. I would definitely recommend this property for large groups and those looking for a comfy retreat!

This is a great place to stay in SunRiver. My friends and I had a nice time with our dogs and everything was really clean. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with paved trails. Highly recommended.

Thanksgiving family fun

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable home. The layout was perfect for our large family get together. We prepared our Thanksgiving feast in the well stocked kitchen. The double oven was a life saver! The dining room was a perfect fit for all of us. We had 12-14 deer visit us each morning. ❤️

Lovely home

The house was beautiful and the ad was spot on. I received a welcome text as well as support if needed. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the beds weren't comfortable at all. We filled every room and everyone said the same, the beds were bad! There was also no dish cloths for wiping counters or such and we had to use wash cloths out of the bathroom. Some cob webs, and little housekeeping things like that. Overall, we would totally stay here again and are thinking of making this an annual trip

My family and I loved the big beautiful home! Everyone had their own comfortable bedrooms. We loved the pool table and hot tub and the miles of bike trails awaiting us right outside. We would definitely come back.

Great house for multiple families!

Great stay for three families … 12 people plus 2 dogs! House was clean and fully stocked. Favorite parts include the pool table, extra large hot tub, spacious arrangement of bedrooms, EPIC bunk room, and lastly, location! We had lots of fun watching the golfers play the 11th hole and enjoyed stargazing at night in the back yard. Our favorite Sunriver place after 10+ years of visits!

Great Spring break

The house was perfect in size, layout, location. Unless you need a very specific bike, leave yours at home. We laughed about the 15-ish bikes available in the large garage. We even enjoyed the tandem bike for a 10+ mi. ride. The hot tub was green, stinky, and dirty. Management had someone out ASAP to drain, clean, refill, and treat the hot tub. The tub definitely has seen better days, and is a little tired. Not the end of the world. All the waist level and higher surfaces and beds were cleanly. The floors/rugs could use more attention. We ran the vacuum on arrival and mitigation most of the white dog hair through the house. However being bare foot left one disgusted in having very dirty feet from the flooring. I understand people have different views of shoes off households, and hopefully this can be upheld by future guests for the sake of the family that owns this accommodation. All-in-all we love Sunriver/Mt. Bachelor. Cleaner accommodations could be improved upon. We would definitely rent this location again. Thank you.

Spacious home with many extras. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. The home needs some TLC , one bed was extremely wobbly and unstable we needed to fix it in order to use it. Lucky we had the ability, mngmmet offered to come by. Overall good stay.

Beautiful home, perfect for our long weekend getaway to enjoy with our family. Pool table, ping pong, bikes were all a hit. A couple of the bikes had issues with the chain coming off but there were multiple to choose from. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again:)

Family reunion

Started off on wrong foot, cleaners did not leave until nearly 1 hour after check-in. Property is good, and is accurate to the listing. Washer was full of linens on arrival..didnt notice right away. The garbage was not picked up prior to arrival and during our stay. We recycled, but no way to have it readied for pickup. The bikes were great, but 30 mins of greasing would make them work much better. The oven was a bit dated, and was difficult to cook with. Hot tub needed water, but very quick service to resolve. Loved all of the amenities to include pool table and ping pong. Our overall stay was good and would stay here in the future.
