When you’re ready to see more of what Bend has to offer, you’ll be within just 10 minutes of downtown and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. The Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short 15-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination for snow enthusiasts from all over. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, dedicated desk workspace, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The home also includes a half bathroom as well an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months. • Parking available for 4 vehicles – 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
