The checkin time is anytime after 4PM on the day of arrival. The checkout time is before 11AM on the day of departure. • PARKING Maximum of 5 cars only. Sunriver does not allow for parking on the street or off pavement which includes the street in front of the house. Park only in the garage or in the driveway. We would hate to see any of our guests get towed or fined by the Sunriver Police. There's room for 1 Car in the garage and 4 Cars in the driveway. SUV's with roof cargo boxes should not pull into the garage. • BATHROOMS We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by Ginger Lily Farms. • PETS We love pets but do not allow any pets at this property. • INTERNET House is equipped with Gig speed internet. Perfect for having zoom calls and multiple devices streaming media and games. WIFI coverage throughout the house. Speeds may vary depending on broadband usage, devices, location, and etc. • TV All TV’s are equipped with Roku Guest Mode for you to sign into your streaming services. • BIKES We offer 6 complimentary bikes with helmets for our guests to use and cruise on the 40 miles of Sunriver pathways. Guests accept responsibility when using the bikes that are offered. Anyone who is riding a bicycle who is under the age of 16 is required to wear a helmet per state law. • GAS FIRE TABLE Due to current burn ban and high fire dangers, local Sunriver laws prohibit the use of open flame fires during this time. Therefore the gas fire table is not available for use. • HEATING & AC The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning controlled through the Nest thermostat. Simply rotate the dial to adjust the temperature. The thermostat is locked into a range of 68-78F degrees for cooling in Summer and 65 - 75F degrees for heating in Winter. • SECURITY SYSTEM We have three cameras on the exterior of the property including the doorbell, driveway, and backyard plus one camera in the garage for security and to ensure only registered guests are on the property. All cameras are pointed away from the house, record audio and video as well as detects motion to turn on exterior lights. There are no cameras inside the property. • WEAPONS & FIREARMS Guests are required to provide notice of and obtain consent for any secured weapons prior to booking, and should use the messaging feature to do so. Failure to do so may result in cancelation of reservation. • SERVICE PROVIDERS During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance of the home (gardener, hot tub cleaning crew, etc). Please allow them onto the property to do their jobs. For stays longer than 5 days, the hot tub crew may check mid stay to ensure the PH and Chlorine levels are at appropriate levels. We loved the house and all of the amenities. The large private backyard was the real summer bonus. We enjoyed lounging on the lawn and the outdoor dining table was large enough to fit our family. Great setup - teens love the big bonus room and the outdoor area for cornhole. Host is great and super responsive when we’ve had questions. What a retreat- exactly like the photos, easy self check-in, prompt/clear communication from host. It was centralized location to spending time in Bend but also an abundance of opportunity for activity in the home and in Sunriver. The kitchen was well stocked for a large group who cooks A LOT. We needed a single level home to accommodate the toddlers and this fit the bill perfectly. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One of the bikes had a trailer, so we were able to take 2 kids to the Fort Rock Park on bike while a few of the adults played pickleball. I definitely would highly recommend John’s property. It is perfect for families and a couple of families the way that they have it set up. Thank you, John. Kitchen was the least satisfactory part, quite old with loud, squeaky cupboards, older warped pans and cutting boards, not enough glassware for our group. Also the kitchen is on the small side, and the refrigerator blocks the entry when open, so lots of squeezing by and crowded. Nice back yard as described. ##### Susan B. We loved all the labels and the host had a very helpful guide in the house that told us everything we needed to know to take care of the house. It also had extra things like plastic dishes, toys and games for kids of all ages. Additionally, the house was very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen amenities. The backyard was lovely. My only critique was that not all of the bikes were in the best shape. A couple of them were completely un-rideable and a couple them needed some work. ##### Rachel D. The owner has truly thought of everything! Very clean, good linens and plenty of tools in the kitchen. Owner was in touch and responded right away when we had questions. Lots of room for the family both inside and outside with a great backyard and an attractive waterfall. Kitchen was well equipped, along with plenty of towels and amenities for the house. The children loved the ping pong table, video machine and the bunk bed room with lots of beds, and of course the visits to nearby SHARQ with all the complimentary passes.
