The bonus room upstairs was a great place for the kids to hang out on their own and adults in the main living area. Home location makes it fairly easy to access Sunriver amenities by walking but to drive, you have to go around to the entrance and down the highway to Sunriver. The house looks out onto a beautiful wooded area with lots of wildlife. Overall, I would highly recommend this home and would stay there again.
