Welcome to 24 Rogue, your perfect home away from home in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon. Our wheelchair-friendly home offers comfort, convenience, and accessibility, making it the perfect choice for families, couples, and friends looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  
  
This 1587 +/- square foot home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft that can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. This home is fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, comfortable and vaulted great room with wood burning river rock fireplace, over sized garage, and a private hot tub. 24 Rogue is wheelchair-accessible, with a wheelchair ramp via the garage access, wide doorways, and a roll-in shower, making it accessible for guests with disabilities.  
  
This beautiful home is conveniently located in the heart of Sunriver, just minutes away from the Fort Rock Park. Here, you can find a variety of community amenities including tennis, basketball, softball, pickleball, volleyball, horseshoes, and a kids playground. These amenities are perfect for families with children or anyone who wants to stay active during their vacation. This home is ideally located to take advantage of all the area's outdoor activities and amenities.

There are both 220 and 110 volt outlets for EV charging available in the spacious double garage with 10 wide by 10 tall garage doors. New high efficiency windows provide plenty of daylight and walls are air sealed and insulated to 125% of code to keep the house quiet and comfortable all year round. On demand hot water heater provides hot water as needed but doesn't waste energy maintaining hot water when it isn't needed.

#### Family Vacation

This property was very clean and had all the things you would need to stay and cook for a whole week. The bedrooms were a good size with enough dressers to hold all the clothing we brought on the trip. We were drawn to this property because of the handicap access, a person in the party walks with a walker. However, the handicap bathroom is down the hallway away from the bedrooms. They ended up staying in the bedroom closest to the bathroom on the first floor. They could not walk all the way to the handicap bathroom. The garage was an added bonus. If you are going in the winter, you will be able to put your car in the garage with your equipment on top. The opening for the doors is extra large. The management property was great. I did not receive an email for the lockbox. They were very helpful in getting the code to me before we were at the house. Then, the batteries were not working correctly. We had to call after hours and they were able to get us in. The next day maintenance came out and changed the batteries. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for your vacation.

#### Nice House Overall

Nice house overall! We picked this house for the number of beds, the hot tub and the water passes. House could use a little updating, but overall good. Appreciated the large kitchen table. Note that there is no garage, so if you bring bikes, you'll need to lock them up on the back deck. Management company was great to work with---they responded immediately to problem with door lock.
