Welcome to 15 Topflite, a gorgeous single level home located in the northern portion of Sunriver, Oregon! This spacious and infinite vacation rental is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable, and fun home on an incredible vacation.

15 Topflite features an open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. This 2049 +/- square foot home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a gas fireplace. This home has four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms so there's plenty of room for the whole house to enjoy. Off three of the bedrooms, 15 Topflite has a private deck with a private hot tub, so the whole household can congregate and enjoy.

15 Topflite is located in a beautiful wooded area of Sunriver, with tall trees, abundant wildlife, and picturesque views. Unlike some areas of Sunriver, 15 Topflite is in a relatively quiet and peaceful area, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

Many of the homes on Topflite Lane are located near the Woodlands Golf Course, which was named one of the top 10 destinations for family golf by Golf Digest in January 2016. Golf enthusiasts will love being able to access this course easily.

In addition, you will have access to a range of community amenities, including access to SHARCs swimming pools, tube slides, lazy river and hot tub which are located within just a short walk. And, do not forget to visit Fort Rock Park, a family fun and popular recreational area that offers a variety of activities such as tennis/pickleball, outdoor basketball, a kids play area and more. Guests at 15 Topflite are also a short walk from the Deschutes River so get ready for some fun on the water! In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.

With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.

Great Home!

We were nicely surprised when we first entered this home. The photo's on the website doesn't serve its justice. The home is much nicer. Very spacious. We had a group of 6 and we had more than enough room. Furniture is a little outdated but that didn't bother us. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was great. Clean upon arrival. The home was a little far from the Village. Not really in walking distance but you could bike there (about 2 miles). Very close to the Woodland golf course and tennis courts. We really enjoyed all the bikes, kayaks, golf equipment, tennis rackets and ping pong table. Kept us busy all week. We would rent this home again for sure.

Take away old dusty silk plants . It makes us think house has not been cleaned well. One of the beds has beddings that needed extra fresh washing. The kitchen was well stocked , thank you so much, would be nice to to have newer beddings and covers. It was pretty good comfortable house to stay for a week, thank you

We absolutely loved 15 Top Flite in Sun River. We've rented lots of properties through VRBO and this one was probably the best in terms of cleanliness and amenities. We loved the layout with 3 king size beds and two private bathrooms--not to mention that the bed we slept in was super comfortable! The hot tub was clean and warm on arrival. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and the property management left a small supply of dishsoap and dishwasher detergent which was really handy. The property owners left little signs with details about everything like the wi-fi and details on all their toys, which I found super helpful. And the amenities! There were 10 of us in the home and we had plenty of bikes to outfit our group, ping pong, kayaks, tennis rackets, golf clubs and more. It was also really nice to have access to the SHARC as well. We were thouroughly impressed and will rent this house again on our next Sun River trip.
