"This is a great place to stay. It is very close to the heart of Benaulim, being approximately 5 minutes walk to the centre of town in one direction and about a 10 minute walk to the beach in the other direction. The town offers a wide choice of places to eat and drink, bars and a variety of shops, money exchange etc. and also 2 travel agents. I used Majestic Travel and booked a train ticket to Hampi and a return overnight bus with Paulo Travels with them. It is a good idea to book early as...

"Lovely well maintained hotel. Located in the pleasant small town of Benaulim. About 15 minute walk to the beach. All the staff at reception including managers (Miguel and Judas) and tour organiser (Cheryl) were excellent. Cleaners and security were all so polite and well mannered. Our room was of a very high standard and comfortable. The beach is superb - with delightful beach shacks to eat in the day time as well as at night if needed. All in all we had a wonderful holiday."

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"
