Yhey scheduled painting when we were there and painters were literally on our balcony and hanging right in front of our unit looking in and taping windows closed so we couldn’t even open them. Incredibly unprofessional and not caring. They did apologize while we were there, but they even didn’t reply to the complaint after we left. Unbelievable! This is grounds for reimbursement for at least the day they were painting. But nope, just ignored us. »
