"The location was perfect for our plans. The apartment was supplied with all of our needs, and although it is close to the railroad tracks it did not bother us at all. Within walking distance to everything in Stanwood and just minutes away from Camino Island. Farmers market was right across the street, but private parking right in front of the home. Vince was quick to respond to any operator errors that we had and one of the big surprises was how fluffy and large and wonderful the towels were....

"First impression was less than perfect. The code box to press the entry numbers is poorly lit. Took me several tries to input. Stairs to unit are a bit rickety and the grab rail to the left going up is in need of repair. It nearly broke when I leaned on it to help me go up and is even worse trying to go down. The toaster didn’t work and they finally sent a replacement the afternoon of my second day which also didn’t work. Uneven and slanting flooring and the threshold from bedroom to bathroom is...

"The unit is above a garage- but description does not include stairs. Would not have booked if stairs mentioned. Says dining room table, instead has a sloping 1x6 shelf and 3 bar stools. Also no couch or chair, have to sit on the bed to watch tv. Needs a deep cleaning, "

"The location was great and the property was perfect. It was very nice on the inside. The kitchen had everything I needed and the management company was on top of everything. I will be staying there again for sure. I travel a lot to the Kirkland area and this place was in a great location. Near the freeway and lots of food choices. Everything I truly needed was within a 10 min drive max."
