"Very nice place."

"Bright refreshed renovated hotel. Large rooms, friendly staff, gambling slot machines not my thing but were busy. Restaurants were good, and staff were friendly. Only down side was the room doors were tricky and difficult to lock at times, and despite requesting housekeeping twice, over a four-day stay, they never came. Garbage cans overflowed, ran out of coffee, cups, tissues, and towels. Reported it, and manager said she would comp a night through the third party agent. I’ll watch for that remedy. Relaxing holiday weekend despite the rain out and lack of housekeeping."

"I don’t know if Best Western puts their front desk staff through any basic Customer Service training, because the person at the front desk acted let we were an annoyance for arriving. How hard is it to say welcome. It basically become a transaction of mono syllablic grunts."

"We arrived early and the staff was wonderful and had our room ready soon after we arrived. The staff is very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The property is well cared for and the location on the river is stunning. We were at the inn on a week day and it was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was a basket of breakfast biscuits and protein bars, no fruit or yogurt but very delicious coffee."
