"I never leave reviews but I felt it was needed. Not only was it priced to good to be true bc of saying you get what you pay for, I was shocked!! The room was nice and cool, room was extremely clean and I wish I knew the ladies that were working names but was too tired. 1 was in training and the other was helping her. These are the kind of employees that companies should be looking for! They were the kindest gals ever. I most definitely will be staying here every year on our yearly vacation to Florida. The breakfast was good and even the shampoo and conditioner in shower was very good! Not cheap junk. Definitely exceeded my expectations for hospitality. The breakfast lady was extremely sweet and went out of her way to make sure every hotel guest got everything they needed. Best staff hands down I've come across in my 30+ years of hotel stays across the U.S. Thank you again and hope to see these awesome ladies in future stays!"

"The staff was very helpful at the Hampton Inn New Albany location, particularly the person who checked us in. Our room was clean; however, the bed was not complete. There were clean sheets folded neatly on the bed, but the bed was not made. We were promptly helped by the front desk staff member, who seemed to be working alone. She was apologetic and made our bed herself."

" A Perfect Midway Stop for Our Family!We stayed at The Cottages at Moon Lake Farm on our drive home from New Orleans to the Nashville area, and it was honestly the perfect way to break up a long road trip.From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and beautiful the property is. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything our family needed to relax. The setting is absolutely gorgeous—towering trees, a quiet lake, incredible sunsets, and just enough seclusion to truly unwind.The hot tub was a huge hit with our kids after spending so many hours in the car, and we loved sitting on the covered porch in the evening, listening to nature. We also spent time fishing at the lake, which made for some wonderful family memories. It felt like we had stepped into our own little retreat in the woods.You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. Everything was well maintained, welcoming, and exactly as pictured.If you’re traveling through Mississippi or looking for a peaceful weekend getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough. It was the perfect reset before finishing our trip home, and we left feeling relaxed instead of exhausted.We’ll definitely be keeping this place in mind anytime we’re traveling through the area again. Thank you for helping make the end of our family vacation just as memorable as the beginning! "
