"I was very impressed by the level of security in this hotel. From the officer that directed us to Hotel Guest parking to the officer by the elevators who answered our questions regarding dinner, as well as 5 others independently patrolling around. Not a one was on a cell phone either."

I got the king size bed that I was supposed to have. on Friday night, just before I was about to leave on my trip to the hotel I had been told that my king size bed was no longer available but when I checked in, they made it available to me. I am very pleased with the outcome."
